Our hotel is located within Florence’s restricted traffic zone (ZTL), where access by private vehicles is limited. Guests using our partner garage are granted authorised access to reach the hotel by car. The garage will register your vehicle’s licence plate with the local authorities on your behalf.

From Florence Airport

Florence Peretola Airport (FLR)

Taxis are available immediately outside the terminal, in the square to the right of the exit. We recommend confirming the fare with the driver before departure.

The T2 tram line will take you directly from the airport to Santa Maria Novella Railway station. You can purchase your ticket once onboard by paying with your smartphone or a contactless credit or debit card.

By car, the hotel is approximately 11 km from the airport, with a journey time of around 30 minutes depending on traffic.

From Pisa Airport

Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport (PSA)

By bus, shuttle services are available directly outside the airport and connect with Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station.

By train, first take the PisaMover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa Centrale railway station. The PisaMover operates from 6:00 a.m. to midnight and reaches the station in less than 5 minutes. From Pisa Centrale, regular trains connect to Florence Santa Maria Novella, with departures approximately every 50 minutes during the day.

By car, the hotel is approximately 85 km from Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport, with a journey time of around 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic.
